Personal Training
Personal Training is a one-on-one training session between the trainer and the client, which allows for an individualized and goal-specific session targeting the client’s specific strengths and weaknesses. During a personal training session, the trainer has the client complete compound movements and different variations of cardio and core movements, where certain repetitions and sets have to be completed. Enrolling in personal training is recommended for beginners looking to build a solid foundation, or for regular or advanced clients looking to fine tune their individual strengths. Personal Training allows for more individualized instruction and intensity than regular PIT classes.
Buddy Training is similar to Personal Training, but it is a two-on-one training session between the trainer and two clients, which allows for a partnered, goal-specific session targeting both clients’ specific strengths and weaknesses. During a buddy training session, the trainer has the clients complete partnered compound movements, pyramid combinations, and different variations of cardio and core movements, where certain repetitions and sets have to be completed together. Enrolling in buddy training is recommended for friends, family, or couples to work out together and build their strengths as a team. Buddy Training allows for individualized instruction and intensity, similar to Personal Training, but the cost is split between the two clients.
