


With a max of 10 stations, all the equipment used will be cardio based (ski erg, assault bike, rower, treadmill, sled) or Ab based equipment (ab wheel, scooter, sliders, weighted ab transfers) and all of the bodyweight intervals between your stations will be cardio based or Ab based exercises. The format is based off of our coed classes, so 1 minute per station, and bodyweight exercises between your stations as a group.
