Introducing Passive Stretch. Passive stretch is a form of assisted stretching where you are moved in and out of a stretched position for an extended period of time. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF): We Utilize a method called PNF to help improve muscle elasticity and mobility. Studies show that this contract and relax technique has been proven to be more effective in increasing range of motion than static stretching alone.
Myofascial release: We utilize a number of tools to help pinpoint and dissipate knots and fascial adhesions. Tools like the hypervolt use vibration technology to relieve muscle tension and soreness by stimulating blood flow to the area of need.
Every stretch is customized to address the unique needs of each individual. 30-minute stretches are an express option to target a specific area in the upper or lower body. 50 minutes will target all major muscle groups for a full body stretch.
