Tuesday & Thursday: Unleash your inner warrior with the Women’s Strength Workout at 6:30 PM. This empowering strength training session is fueled by a supportive sisterhood, turning barbells into battle-axes and dumbbells into dual swords. Channel your inner Beyoncé as you conquer each rep, building both physical strength and fierce confidence.
Saturday: Saturday’s are PIT personified. Packed gym. Prime energy. Max motivation. Starting with PIT Relay at 8am, Women’s Strength at 9am, COED PIT at 9:15 AM we take it all until noon with Men’s Strength at 10:30am. Rediscover the joy of movement and unleash your inner child, all while getting a killer workout.
New to the fitness scene? No worries! The COED PIT Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM welcomes you with open arms. Build confidence alongside your strength, guided by supportive coaches who’ll make you feel like a rockstar from day one. Modifications are aplenty, ensuring you progress at your own pace and have a blast while doing it.
